Keep the kids entertained this half-term with a visit to the ‘125 Exhibition’ at Wycombe Museum.
The exhibition, which opened last Wednesday and runs until Sunday 8thSeptember, celebrates the proud history of the Chairboys and is rich in photographs, silverware, medals and shirts from milestone matches and much more.
The club’s younger supporters will be able to take part in a fun football trail for £1.50, and in doing so will receive a gift from the museum and be entered into a monthly draw to be a mascot at Adams Park."Sometimes kids might think museums are boring, but it’s not as there’s fun to go alongside the education side of things. It’s a great afternoon out."
Matt Bloomfield, who attended the official opening on Tuesday, said: "Me and Dave (Winfield) had a game of table football with a little lad and some other kids turned up and had a go on the interactive penalty shoot-out game, so I would urge people to come down here.
As well as finding out more about their beloved Blues, fans will have the chance to win a season ticket for the 2013/14 campaign by completing a Wanderers quiz on their walk round before the end of March. Quiz sheets will be available from both Adams Park and the museum, but all eligible quiz answers must be presented in person at the museum and validated by the museum stamp.
