Midfielder Josh Scowen has signed a contract extension with the Chairboys, keeping him at Adams Park until the summer of 2015.
The 19-year-old has proved a revelation since returning from loan at Eastbourne Borough, making his full debut against Dagenham & Redbridge before scoring the winner against Torquay United a month ago.
Tough-tackling Scowen has made nine appearances for the Blues and has become an integral part of Gareth Ainsworth’s side. His all-round displays have also seen him pick up a number of man-of-match awards.
“I’m happy to stay at Wycombe and I’m loving every minute of it,” he told Chairboys Player. “Obviously being down the bottom isn’t nice, but being in the blue shirt is good.
“The fans have been brilliant in every game I’ve played. They’re excellent, drive the boys on and keep us going.”
A full interview with Scowen will be on Chairboys Player shortly.
