Wanderers are pleased to announce that Lee Harrison has been appointed as the club’s permanent goalkeeping coach.
Harrison, 40, initially joined the club on a temporary basis earlier in the summer, but has excelled working with Nikki Bull and Matt Ingram during pre-season.
“Lee’s settled into the group very well and we’re pleased that he’s on board,” Gary Waddock told wwfc.com.
“Nikki and Matt are enjoying working with him and he brings good experience which will help everybody.”
Meanwhile, Tuesday's friendly opponents QPR have donated a signed shirt to Harrison, who is raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Lee's young son is undergoing chemotherapy at GOSH and player/coach Gareth Ainsworth asked his former club to arrange this very kind gesture.
