Provide another level of support to your club!
Wycombe Wanderers PALS is the volunteer work force which assists the club in a number of areas, helping the Chairboys to achieve survival, stability and success as a true supporter-owned club.
PALS was founded in the spring of 2015, inspired by the teamwork and camaraderie that the Wanderers' playing squad experienced for themselves on a trip to the World War I battlefields earlier that season, where groups of friends formed 'Pals Battalions' to enrol in the war effort as a united front.
How does it work?
How does it work?
- The club will advertise volunteer opportunities on the website (see below), social media channels and matchday programme
- PALS will be asked to send their name, contact details, a CV (or suitable list of skills and areas of expertise), and an approximate guide to their availability to help out (e.g. evenings, weekends, two days a week)
- Details will be passed to the relevant head of department at the club, who will contact applicants to discuss the role in further detail
