The club's longest-serving player, currently celebrating his 13th year with the Chairboys.

'Blooms' is now in his twelfth season with the Wanderers after joining on a free transfer from Ipswich Town in 2003. Whilst with the Wanderers, Bloomfield has helped the club to two promotions, a League Cup semi-final appearance and a trip to Wembley in the play-off final.

His passion and determination has led to him becoming a fans favourite and an integral part of the club. As the club's longest serving player, Matt enjoyed a testimonial against Jose Mourinho's Chelsea at Adams Park, and signed a two year contract extension in June 2014, remaining a first-team regular with his fully-committed displays on the pitch, even breaking an arm and playing on after scoring a vital equaliser at York City in April. Bloomfield signed a one-year contract extension in the summer.
