Energetic midfielder who earned a new three-year deal after excelling in his debut season with the club.

O'Nien arrived at Adams Park having been with Watford since the age of nine, and spent a year on loan at Wealdstone in the 2014/15 season, scoring five goals in 35 appearances.

Following his release from Vicarage Road, O'Nien caught the eye of Gareth Ainsworth during a trial period and earned a one-year deal, making his debut in the opening day win against York City and scoring his first professional goal against Northampton in October.

At the end of season awards dinner Luke O’Nien was in the spotlight picking up the Young Player of the Year award through the recognition of the management staff after impressing them on and off the pitch. Luke was also a close contender for the two Player of the Year titles and signed a three-year contract extension.
