'MOUS' UNABLE TO STOP COBBLERS
By Adam Franc
Cobblers midfielder Ian Henderson helped his side come back from two goals down, as Northampton Town's reserve team beat their Wycombe counterparts 3-2 on a misty evening at Marlow FC.

Wanderers built up a two goal advantage inside the first 20 minutes, through a Nathan Ashton penalty and a tap in from John Mousinho.
But Henderson inspired a dramatic comeback from the visitors, with the winger setting up all three of Northampton's goals and hitting the woodwork.
The Cobblers started the game brighter but two goals in five minutes from Wycombe put the hosts on top.
Ashton grabbed the first, as the midfielder burst into the visitors' box before being fouled by left back Liam Ruddick.
Referee Lee awarded a penalty and Ashton stepped up to convert the spot kick, sending goalkeeper Ron-Robert Zieler the wrong way.
Zieler himself, who is on loan from Manchester United, was responsible for the Blues' second, as a mix up between him and Ruddick led to the German fumbling the ball into the path of John Mousinho.
Mousinho made no mistake with his opportunity, rounding Zieler and calmly tapping in from close range to put Wycombe in control.
The Wanderers defence kept Northampton at bay for most of the first half, with first team top scorer Adebayo Akinfenwa largely ineffective, but it was his presence in the area that allowed the Cobblers to get back into the game.
Henderson's swinging corner went over the head of Akinfenwa, but the striker drew players towards him, leaving space for strike-partner Colin Larkin to steal in at the back post and smash the ball past Jamie Young.
Northampton carried that momentum into the second half, with Larkin getting a second just two minutes after the restart.
Henderson again was the provider, with his low ball into the box finding Larkin unmarked, with the striker finding the back of the net to pull his side level at 2-2.
The winger notched up his third assist of the game less than 10 minutes later, this time from a free kick, as his floated ball found the much improved Akinfenwa at the back post, with the striker rising above the rest to send his powerful header past the helpless Young.
With the comeback complete, the Cobblers could have put the game to bed when Joe Benjamin's cross from the left found Henderson on the edge of the area.
The midfielder controlled the ball well and split the Wycombe defence, but his close range effort crashed against the post, giving the Blues a major let off.
Wycombe pressed forward to try and find an equalizer, but Zieler attoned for his early error by producing good saves to keep out shots from Mousinho and Matt Richards, who will officially sign for the club in January.
Young kept Wanderers in it right to the end, as the keeper made a great save to deny Larkin a hat-trick in the last few minutes, but the Blues couldn't come back.
The loss is only the second of the season for Junior Lewis' side, having previously been unbeaten in their last five games.
The result also means the reserves remain second in the Totesport Football Combination East Division, a point behind leaders Southend United.
