Robert Rice is a young right-sided player who has progressed through the youth system at Adams Park and made his first-team debut at Notts County in April 2008..

Previously with Fulham, Robert has blossomed since his move to Adams Park and has represented the youth and reserve teams on a regular basis. He excelled during the first team's pre-season friendlies in 2007 and earnt a place on the bench for the clash with Morecambe in December before moving to Wealdstone on loan in January 2008.

His first-team breakthrough came in the Blues' penultimate game of the 2007/08 campaign when he replaced Russell Martin at right-back at Meadow Lane.
