An attacking threat well known for his well-rounded technique and skilful play, Beavon is often seen performing the 'second striker' role behind a more conventional centre forward.
He joined the Blues on-loan in February 2009, after becoming some-what of a cult hero at non-league Weymouth where he scored 24 goals in 86 games.
Stuart made his Wanderers debut live on Sky Sports in the goalless draw with Rotherham United, though injury restricted the Reading born forward to just eight appearances towards the end of the 2008/09 campaign.
Despite not notching a goal in that time, the bags of potential shown by the front man was enough to persuade the club to make his deal permanent and Beavon has begun to repay that faith.
The 25-year-old netted his first competitive goal for the club in some style; a 25 yard belter that earned the Chairboys a point at Hartlepool, and although he hasn't yet added to this total, his effort and willingness to play wherever required - even if it means playing out of position - has made him a valuable asset to Wycombe's squad.
A broken leg prematurely ended Beavon's 2009/10 season in the Berks & Bucks Cup final against Maidenhead but following a pre-season of recuperation he will be looking to force his way back into contention when he fully recovers from the untimely setback.
