Amersham-based Mousinho began his career at Brentford and played over 70 times for the Bees, including one appearance in goal after the club's regular keeper was sent off.
The defensive midfielder, who can also operate right-back, parted company with the Griffin Park club in June 2008 and signed for the Blues later that day.
Since his arrival at Adams Park, Mousinho has become a valuable member of Peter Taylor's squad due to his flexibility, having appeared in most of Wycombe's games to this point and starting over half.
The London-born player also bagged his first goal for the club on his league debut, in the Wanderers' 2-0 at Chester back in August.
