Amersham-based Mousinho began his career at Brentford and played over 70 times for the Bees, including one appearance in goal after the club's regular keeper was sent off.
The defensive midfielder, who can also operate right-back, parted company with the Griffin Park club in June 2008 and signed for the Chairboys later that day.
Following his arrival at Adams Park, Mousinho became a valuable member of the squad - largely due to his flexibility - making 39 appearances in all competitions in his first season at the club and also bagging his first Blues goal on his league debut, in the 2-0 win at Chester that August.
This season though, the London-born player seems to have come into his own and is arguably having his best spell at the club; maintaining a regular starting spot under both Peter Taylor and Gary Waddock.
His athleticism and tireless work rate have made him an influential cog in Wanderers' midfield and following the departure of Tommy Doherty, he will undoubtedly have even more responsibility in the middle of the park.
