A striker renowned for his speed and acceleration, Jon-Paul Pittman joined Wanderers from Crawley Town in January 2009, and is contracted at the club until 2011.
A former trainee with Aston Villa, 'JP' had short spells at Notts Forest, Hartlepool, Doncaster and Bury before eventually signing on with The Red Devils in June 2007. He proved to be a big hit at Broadfield Stadium, boasting a ratio of almost a goal every other game before being snapped up by former Blues boss Peter Taylor and taken to Adams Park.
Pittman put in a very impressive debut performance in a 1-0 away defeat to Bradford City before scoring his first goal for the club in only his second start, bagging the match winner in a 1-0 win over Dagenham & Redbridge.
This season the 23-year-old has gone from strength to strength, and having worked his way into a more regular starting role, he has responded by hitting the goal trail in recent times and is currently the club's leading scorer.
Pittman has also developed a knack of scoring against the league's biggest teams, having already found the net against Norwich, Charlton, Colchester and Leeds this term, with the latter two earning the Chairboys two unexpected but much needed points.
