Derek Duncan is a young winger who joined the Blues in the summer of 2007 following his release from Leyton Orient.
Duncan started out at Leyton Orient, making his Football League debut on 8 May 2004 in a 1-0 home defeat to Cambridge United before going on to make nearly 30 appearances for the O's.
He also enjoyed a short loan spell at Lewes before being snapped up on a two-year deal by Paul Lambert, and his only appearance came in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie at Swansea before being loaned out to Lewes.
