Strevens ended the club's 2010/11 promotion campaign as one of Wycombe's most influential players, scoring three times in the final two games.
The London-born striker signed for the Blues on a two-year contract last summer from Brentford, but it was at Barnet and Dagenham & Redbridge where he really excelled, finding the net 42 and 34 times respectively.
'Strevs' will relish another crack at League 1 this term after finding his chances limited at Griffin Park.
