Wanderers continued their winning start to the pre-season campaign with a comfortable 3-1 victory over Hayes & Yeading, in which Scott Rendell scored one and made two for the impressive Kevin Betsy.
Gary Waddock's side were ahead after eight minutes when Rendell supplied Kevin Betsy to slot home after a quick attacking move, and the striker doubled the Blues' lead four minutes later after a fine burst forward from trialist Marvin McCoy.
The Wealdstone right-back showed incredible speed to make a 60-yard dash and cut the ball back to Rendell, who kept his composure to slot home from six yards.
Two became three when McCoy and Rendell combined for Betsy to round the keeper and tap into the net, and the visitors were full value for their lead at the interval after a dominant display.
A host of substitutions after the break slowed down the tempo, and the home side pulled one back on 72 minutes when their trialist striker made up for an earlier miss with a confident strike from the edge of the box.
Wycombe then had keeper Steve Arnold to thank for maintaining the two-goal cushion as he made a fine double-save in the midst of a goalmouth scramble, but it proved to be the last real action of another assured performance from the League Two promotion hopefuls.
