JP GIVES BOSS FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Posted on: Fri 26 Feb 2010
Jon-Paul Pittman hopes he has given boss Gary Waddock a selection dilemma ahead of Saturday's clash at bottom club Stockport County.

'JP' replaced an unwell Matt Harrold in attack on Tuesday evening when the Blues hosted Southampton and the striker's display earned him the man-of-the-match champagne.

Now the pacy frontman has set his sights on keeping his place for the trip to Edgeley Park.

Chairboys Player JP's full interview

Talking to Chairboys Player, he said: "I just tried to go out there, give a performance and remind everybody what I am capable of.

"I want to be starting every game. I think I've probably made it difficult for the gaffer with my performance.

"It wasn't the greatest all-round display, and there are still some things I need to work on, but I can come away from the game feeling like I gave my all."
