ONE STEP AHEAD

Two Wanderers fans are walking to Brentford at the weekend to raise money for Help for Heroes. 

James Turner (pictured right), 19, and Sean Bennett (pictured below), 15, are setting out on their 37-mile trek from Adams Park at midnight on Friday to make sure they arrive at Griffin Park for the crucial League One clash at 3pm on Saturday. 

The pair will walk along the A40 through Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Denham and at Uxbridge will join the Grand Union Canal to Brentford.

The pair will leave Adams Park at midnight on Friday

It will be the second time James has made the 37-mile journey for charity, after he walked to Griffin Park last March in aid of the club's previous Charity of the Season - Scannappeal.

Everyone at the club would like to wish both James and Sean all the best on their trek.
