SEVENTH HEAVEN FOR TAYLOR
Posted on: Fri 12 Jun 2009
Blues chief Peter Taylor will be able to name seven substitutes for the club's League One fixtures next season, wwfc.com can reveal.
Football League clubs approved Derby County's proposal at the league's AGM in Portugal.
This means that clubs in The Championship, League One and League Two can increase the number of substitutes for matches (from the current five), of which three can enter the field of play.
The new directive will start at the beginning of the 2009/10 season, allowing Taylor further choice when picking his squad for match days.
