Wanderers defender Craig Woodman capped a fantastic weekend on a personal level with two awards at the End of Season Dinner at Adams Park last night, wwfc.com can reveal.

After helping his side clinch promotion to League One on Saturday, the left-back - who has only missed ten minutes of league football all season - was named the Supporters' Player of the Year and Players' Player of the Year at the event in the Vere Suite.

Gary Holt walked off with the prize for 'Goal of the Season' courtesy of his stunning strike against Shrewsbury Town in March, while Nathan Ashton was the recipient of the Community Player of the Year for his work with children in the Learn Centre at Adams Park.

Striker Dan Fitchett won the Youth Team Player of the Year award after a superb campaign in front of goal for Richard Dobson's side while Pietro Palladino was named Apprentice of the Year.

Club Doctor Gina Allen was also rewarded with the award for 'Outstanding Contribution' after well over a decade of excellent service with the club.
