Thanks for joining us here on wwfc.com as we look ahead to one of the most eagerly anticipated matches in the history of Wycombe Wanderers. Peter Taylor's men take on Notts County at 3pm knowing that a win or draw would seal their place in League One next season, and we'll be following all of the action throughout the day here at Adams Park.

We'd love to hear from you wherever you are in the world, so please send in your thoughts/photos/questions to media@wwfc.com and we'll publish them below.

By Matt Cecil

14.39 - Well we're almost at kick off, the teams are being announced as I speak and it's time to switch to our regular clockwatch feature. UP THE BLUES!

14.22 - Adams Park is buzzing.

14.13 - Apologies I can't reproduce all the emails coming in but thanks to Mark in Sydney, following the game at midnight (local time!), Jo in Bury, Wanderers World regular Marc and Ben, who is also in Sydney and predicts Matt Bloomfield will grab the winner!

14.12 - Tons of emails flooding in now - we'll get to them in a moment. County have former Wycombe striker Delroy Facey on the bench, while Matt Richards - who is on loan from the Wanderers - is also amongst the substitutes.

14.08 - In the meantime, we've got the Notts County team as well. Ian McParland's side have lost five in a row and have recently published a list of players to be released in the summer, so they're a bit short of options. Team: Pilkington, Picken, Edwards, Hunt, Clapham, Hamshaw, Strachan, Thompson, Weston, Canham, Fairclough.
Subs: Forrester, Tann, Butcher, Facey, Richards.

14.04 - So it looks like a 4-5-1/4-3-3 set-up for the Blues this week, with JP Pittman rewarded for his excellent substitute appearance last week with a role in the starting line-up. Matt Harrold returns to the bench after injury.

14.02 - NEWSFLASH: Team news has arrived: Young, Hunt, Woodman, Sinclair, McCracken, Holt, Doherty, Sawyer, Zebroski, Pittman, Akinde.
Subs: Jones, Oliver, Bloomfield, Harrold, Phillips.

13.55 - The emails keep coming in - thanks to Gra Bunting: "Was at Vale Park last week and if 932 of us made that noise then a sell out crowd is going to be a cacophony! Not as many League One games for me next season if we do go up, but am looking forward to the possibilities of Leeds, Tranmere and Huddersfield. Good luck, lads!"

13.53 - Not long to go until the team news arrives, and we'll have it here first as always.

13.28 - Big hello to Barry in Great Yarmouth - "Wishing the team all the best for today. I know they can do it and deserve to after a brilliant season. Glad to see a full crowd there, it's going to a great
atmosphere but unfortunately I can't be there because it's my first anniversary this weekend, but I will be glued to my computer and have Sky Sports on."

13.18 - BBC Five Live reporter Mark Clemmit has been in and around the office today joining in with the buzz of the day - he'll be reporting throughout the game on the sports show. Meanwhile, the players are all here now and relaxing by watching the Middlesbrough vs Man United game on TV. Just 100 minutes to go until kick-off!

13.17 - Our Wanderers World coverage will be reaching Dubai today with Matthew Tyrell tuning in. His email reads: "Gutted I can not be there today. I'm predicting a 2-0 win. We are going up!"

13.07 - Thanks to Robert Glenny for his email - "I will be faithfully following the Blues from Scotland yet again. 10 years of support, so many near misses, this is it! Fantastic news that it's a sell out, let's hope it can spur the boys on. Thanks for keeping all us exiled Wanderers up to date this season, just one more point now....COME ON YOU BLUES!"

13.06 - The bars are filling up and it's great to see that people have taken Steve Hayes' advice to get the ground early and enjoy the atmosphere.

12.41 - Cheers to Vicky for her comments - "Please wish the team good luck from me for this afternoon's game. You can do it! What a season 2008/09 has been; it's taken all us fans on a rollercoaster of 'will it, wont it' be the season we finally get promoted back to League One! I sincerely hope the full Adams Park this afternoon will help push the team forward to our ultimate goal so we can move one big, important step up the Football League. Thanks for the entertainment this season!"

12.37 - Just had a walk around the car park and surrounding areas and all I can say is - 'wow'. There's a great buzz around the place already, and it's great to see so many fans in blue shirts walking around. It's only going to get busier, and we cannot wait.

12.27 - Meanwhile, we've just been informed that there are two fans waiting outside the Adams Park gates with a sign reading "Two tickets needed - we've come from Bahrain." Not sure if it's a wind-up or not but if it's genuine, that is some commitment!

12.21 - Now's the turn of groundsman Mark Williams, who says "The pitch is being watered as we speak and it's looking really good."

12.18 - And following the news that today's game has completely sold out, ticket office manager Suzie Clarke said: "It's absolutely fantastic to see that there's so much support for the team once again. We've been incredibly busy all week and it'll all be worth it when the stadium is full at 3pm."

12.14 - We're going to round up how all of the departments are gearing up for the game, and what better place to start than with the media team? "4,000 programmes have been ordered and they're already selling like hotcakes, while we've also got over 40 members of the press coming to the game," Ben Campbell has just told me.

12.06 - Lest we not forget, it's been a fantastic season so far, regardless of whatever happens today. Just to re-cap, we've had the club record for clean sheets in a season, equalled the club record for points in a league season, seen the club's longest ever period without conceding, an unbeaten run of eighteen matches, the club's best ever start to the season and three players in the PFA Team of the Year. And that's just on the pitch.

Behind the scenes, the club has been winning awards left, right and centre for stewarding, community, ticketing, and even media have joined in with the glory! It's been a superb year and a win today would cap it all off superbly.

12.04 - And Gerald Blackwell, an exiled fan in France, says: "After so many, many years being associated with the club ,I would like to think that this is the moment when we shall be rewarded for all of the efforts of the past. Many old buddies from around the district will be in attendance I know and hope that they, and yourselves, are rewarded for staunch support. This old timer certainly feels up for the BIG MATCH and hope to see some of you again in the not too distant future."

11.55 - More pre-match excitement from Darren Ginger - "Darren & Jo can't wait for todays game and will be leaving London shortly to get over for the game. Come on you Blues!"

11.36 - Talking of the commentary, I'd really like to urge as many of you as possible to subscribe to Wanderers World today and enjoy the whole experience. Even if you sign up and cancel your account tomorrow, today could be a great day to follow the action. You'll get live match commentary with Bill Turnbull and Ben Campbell, and loads of video footage and interviews after the game, as well as match highlights tomorrow at 5pm.

11.32 - Two more - superfan Dale Jenkins says "Great to hear it's a sell out - everyone get behind the boys from the start and promotion can be ours come 5pm" and Ian Jolliffe adds "I am so sad I cant be there today; it will be a stressful afternoon pacing around the kitchen listening to the commentary. Good luck to everyone involved."

11.26 - More emails coming on, and if Elle Joslin is reading this, sorry to hear you can't be here today! Your dad Neil has been in touch to pass on your wishes to the team, and we'll say 'hi' to Matt Bloomfield for you if we catch him later.

11.24 - Before we forget, we'd like to say hello to Keith Cummings, who's a good friend of the WWFC media team but can't make it down from Scotland for today's game. I'm sure he'll be avidly following the game on Wanderers World and keeping his fingers crossed for trips to Elland Road and other League One grounds next year!

11.16 - The Blues players have been looking forward to the game as well, and one person who will be most looking forward to playing his part in the promotion push is Matt Bloomfield, who was part of the side that was relegated from League One five years ago: "Promotion would mean a lot. I think everyone knows it would mean a great deal to get promoted with this club. I've been here a little while and promotion would top it off.

10.46 - Great to hear it'll be a full house here at Adams Park this afternoon and I'm sure the atmosphere will be electric. Please make sure you get there early to help ease the traffic congestion around the ground - managing director Steve Hayes says: "I would hate to see any queues as this puts pressure on everyone at the club and I would hate to see anyone miss the start of one of the biggest games in the club's history, especially when it can be avoided. Getting to your position early would help us all."

10.42 - NEWSFLASH: This afternoon's game has completely sold out and there are no more tickets available.

10.37 -
One of our regular Wanderers World listeners, Daniel Linton, has been in touch. He can't make the game but will be tuning in from Thorpe Bay and says: "We have to believe that this is our year. Let's just settle the nerves with an early goal, as Notts County have to beat us for other results to "worry" us."

10.27 - How's this for a blast from the past? The Comanche - the lucky mascot of the 1999 survival campaign - has emailed in to pass on his support. The Indian figure is currently exiled in Scotland but his owner says: "The Comanche would like me to pass on all the best wishes to the fans and the club and wish them all the luck in the world for today's massive game!"

10.10 - Just to make sure we all know where we stand - a point will definitely be good enough to win promotion today, regardless of other results. But in the build-up to the game, Peter Taylor has told wwfc.com that his side won't be playing for a draw: "'We have to be sensible but I want the players to really go for it right from the kick-off. The fact that we only need one point won't change our approach. We try to win every game and this is no different.'

10.02 - Stirring stuff from James The Drummer, who'll be in the Valley Terrace as always this afternoon: "Just a quick email asking to say: Get behind the boys, and make some noise! Sing your hearts out, make my hands hurt! Come On You Blues!

09.48 - And from two young fans to one who's been following the Blues for over 60 years. Many thanks to Marie Wilkes for getting in touch: "Today is the day that I have been waiting for since 1948 when I first watched the Blues play at Loakes Park. I had to move to Leigh-on-Sea in 2006 but follow the team and have not converted to the Shrimpers! I look forward to seeing the team next year at Roots Hall. Good luck."

09.42 - We've received a great email from Anthony Chadley, who has hired an executive box for the game to celebrate Lewis and Elliot's 16th birthday. As Anthony says, it's the perfect day for it, and we hope the boys have a fantastic day out at Adams Park. He adds: "Good luck to Peter, all the team that have got us here and all the backroom staff from top to bottom, who make our team and ground such a great place."

09.39 - And Paul Cutler's dropped us a line in the WWFC Inbox - "I am working until half one today before heading off to the game and think it could be one of the longest mornings ever! Come on you Blues - I know you are going to make us proud this afternoon."

09.37 - There's a bit more build-up on the WWFC Facebook page, which has reached its 2,000th supporter overnight. Jane Costello writes: "Come on Wycombe! Please score early to preserve my nerves/hair/nails, and please don't sit back on a 1-0 lead. YOU CAN DO IT!"

09.28 - On the very very small chance that you're struggling to get in the mood for the game, we have a sure-fire remedy courtesy of an excellent video by Tom Bowers, a young die-hard supporter who I'm sure will be watching from the Valley Terrace today. Check it out on Youtube by clicking here.

09.21 - Thanks to Dan Wickens and his friend Joe who have emailed in to say: "We're travelling up from Marylebone ready for one of the most exciting days for the Wanderers ever! I feel like a kid on Christmas day! Been up since 5am. I wish I was Bill Murray in Groundhog Day so I could have this day over and over again!"

We know the feeling! Keep your thoughts coming to media@wwfc.com.

09.13 - The day has started with glorious sunshine here in South Bucks and if it holds up, it could be the perfect setting for a game of football. The BBC website estimates temperatures of around 16-17˚C for this afternoon and there's no sign of rain - hope I haven't just jinxed it.

09.00 - 45 league matches, 67 and a half hours of football, 78 points and 84 goals - and it's come to this. Good morning to you all wherever you are in the world and thanks for joining us. This season has brought its fair share of highs and lows but it could end up with one almighty high by 5pm if the Blues can avoid defeat against Notts County to ensure that we'll be facing the likes of Charlton, Southampton and Colchester in League One next season.

There's plenty to get through today but we'll start with a re-cap of the key information if you are heading to Adams Park today - just click the logo next to the relevant story to read the full article.
