Wanderers chief Peter Taylor lavished praise on Chris Zebroski after the striker scored the Blues' last minute winner in the 2-1 victory at Darlington.

'Zeb' headed home in the 93rd minute at the Darlington Arena to ensure the Blues moved up to second spot in League Two and after the game Taylor spoke of his delight for the former Millwall man to get his name on the scoresheet.

He said: "I think people know he's not the crowd's favourite. I think they get a bit frustrated like I do, but he never stops running and believing to get in there.

"It was a good corner from Woody (Craig Woodman) and I was pleased that Chris got a touch.

"For the fans it was tremendous that we could score a goal like that. I know it's a real downer for Darlington, but for us it's terrific."

Zebroski's header was the striker's seventh of the season and he will be looking to once again add to his tally at the weekend when the Blues host Gillingham - to buy your tickets call the Adams Park ticket office on 01494 441118.
