Wanderers' on-loan striker Simon Church is out for at least a month after breaking a bone in his hand, wwfc.com can reveal.
The injury happened while he was training with his parent club, Reading, after the forward was unavailable for the Blues' FA Cup game with AFC Wimbledon on Monday.
Blues boss Peter Taylor said: "As he wasn't available for selection in the game with Wimbledon it was agreed that he would train with Reading for a couple of days and unfortunately he slipped and broke a bone in his hand in training."
Church's loan is due to expire on 20th December but Taylor is hopeful he will have the Wales U21 international available before the deal comes to an end.
