Wanderers' defender Lewis Christon has joined Oxford City on a one-month loan deal.

The 19-year-old will play for the Southern League Premier Division side until the deal comes to an end on 10th December.

Oxford City were promoted via the play-offs last season from the Southern League Division One South and West but are struggling so far this season, with themselves currently occupying 18th position.

However, the experience of Lewis, who has previously been on loan at Woking and the Blues' FA Cup 1st round opponents, AFC Wimbledon, will help the club as they look to climb the table.

Wanderers' no.25 joins Jamie Turley and Darrell Ellams who are also on month loans at Hendon and Hitchin respectively.
