As the Blues prepare to defend their unbeaten league record against Macclesfield Town at Adams Park tonight (k.o.7.45pm), the club is waiting to hear details of our ticket allocation for the FA Cup tie-of-the-round against AFC Wimbledon.

Peter Taylor's league leaders will be looking to make it 14 games without defeat this evening and the Blues manager welcomes back midfield maestro Tommy Doherty, who has completed a three match suspension after being sent off against Grimsby Town.

Doherty could be the only addition to the squad for Saturday's 1-0 victory at Accrington Stanley but defender Leon Johnson (shoulder) and winger Gavin Grant (illness) aren't expected to be fit in time.

Wanderers and Premier League leaders Liverpool are now the only teams in all four divisions who have yet to lose a league game this season.

Meanwhile, plans are being made for our FA Cup First Round tie against AFC Wimbledon. The decision by satellite TV company Setanta to screen the game live means the tie will now take place on Monday, November 10th, k.o.7.45pm. The non-leaguers are due to meet local police and council officials to agree on how many spectators will be allowed into their ground in Kingston-upon-Thames,Surrey. Once that decision has been made, Wanderers will receive confirmation of their ticket allocation.

Fans are reminded that tickets for the AFC Wimbledon clash will be distributed on the following basis: 1) Season ticket holders; 2) Blues Card members; 3) Any remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public.
