Posted on: Fri 05 Sep 2008
By Matt Cecil

Peter Taylor's side will discover their opponents for the second round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy this Saturday when the draw is made on Soccer AM at approximately 9.20am.

Wanderers were handed a first round bye in the competition which consists of clubs in Leagues One and Two and the Blues have been placed into the South-West section for the 2008/09 campaign which could see them drawn against Cheltenham Town, Hereford United, Walsall, Swindon Town, Bournemouth, MK Dons or Shrewsbury Town.

The second round of the competition will take place in the week commencing Monday 6th October and if you aren't able to tune into Sky Sports on Saturday morning to watch the draw live then make sure you log on to wwfc.com to discover which team the Blues will face.

Later that day, you can listen to live commentary of the club's trip to Rochdale for the League Two encounter exclusively on Wanderers World from 2.55pm with Matt Cecil and Ben Campbell, while wwfc.com will also be providing the 'Clockwatch' service as well as post-match reaction and a full report from Spotland.

Then, it gets better for football lovers as Fabio Capello takes charge of his first competitive match in charge of England, and with the match being shown exclusively on Setanta and with no highlights on terrestrial television, there's no better place to watch the game than in the Scores sports bar at Adams Park.

Scores will be open from 5pm so make sure you don't miss a moment of the action as John Terry and co kick off their Group 6 World Cup qualifier at 7pm.

Click here to sign up for Wanderers World to watch exclusive interviews with Scott McGleish and Peter Taylor ahead of the trip to Spotland on Saturday and to listen to live commentary from the League Two clash.
