Wanderers boss Peter Taylor has revealed to wwfc.com that the duo of Lewis Hunt and Matty Phillips could be back in action when the Blues travel to Rochdale on Saturday.
The pair missed the victory over Chesterfield at the weekend but the 'gaffer' is hopeful that they could both be in contention for selection come the end of the week.
Taylor said: "Lewis Hunt is getting very close and things are looking good with him. We're hopeful he's going to join in training this week, and then if he does that, he'll have a chance for Rochdale.
"He's looking better but before being considered he'll have to have a week with us."

Lewis Hunt and Matty Phillips: Could be fit for Saturday |
Matty Phillips, like Lewis Hunt, hasn't played a minute of competitive action this season after he picked up an injury in the Blues' final pre-season game against Southend at Adams Park.
And although the 17-year-old has been making progress the Blues boss doesn't want to risk the highly-rated winger.
He said: "He's another one that will be joining in training very, very soon, but we have to careful with Matty being a young lad and also being desperate to play."
