Wanderers have confirmed that they have added a friendly against Hayes and Yeading United to their pre-season schedule and the match will take place on Tuesday 29th July (k.o. 7.45pm).
The fixture coincides with the friendly battle with Oxford United on the same evening and it was initially thought that the squad travelling to Hayes and Yeading would be made up mainly of fringe and reserve team players.
However, Blues boss Peter Taylor confirmed to wwfc.com on Saturday that the two squads will both contain first-team players to enable them to build up fitness by playing for more than 45 minutes each.
A decision regarding which players will play in each match will be made nearer the time and we hope to be able to reveal the two squads on Tuesday.
Hayes and Yeading United have recently completed the signings of former Blues duo Tom Cadmore and Steven Gregory, who both spent time with the Blue Square South side last season before being released from Adams Park.
Tuesday's fixture will be played at Church Lane (postcode UB3 2LE) and directions can be found on their website here. Adult tickets will cost just £5 for this game.
