Wanderers first-team coach Junior Lewis told wwfc.com this week that he's enjoying his introduction to life with the Blues and added that the new-look management team have been working together well as they prepare the squad for the first pre-season friendly on Friday.
Watch Junior's World debut.
Lewis was one of three changes to the coaching team in the summer as Peter Taylor and Damien Doyle arrived at Adams Park alongside the 34-year-old former Gillingham man, and he's pleased with the way things are going:
"It's been brilliant," he said. "We're all getting used to each other and getting to know how the boys play but I'm settling in well and the boys are working really hard."
The Blues squad have reacted well to the variety of training sessions which have been led by all four coaches at different times, and Lewis added that he enjoys working with the players and even steps in to make up the numbers during practice matches:
"We've got quite a big squad so we have to split them up to work on different things. Now and again we've been short of a player or two in training and it's been good to join in with the banter."
