'SUTTS' WANTS MAXIMUM POINTS

Striker John Sutton has revealed to wwfc.com that Wanderers have set themselves a target of 15 points from their final five games as the team go in search of automatic promotion:
"The points target has to 15," he said. "We're in the playoffs at the moment, we would like to get automatic promotion but we'd need to win a lot of our games.
"We certainly need to pick up as many points as possible to make sure we're in the playoffs."
Even with 15 points still to play for Wanderers may be forced to settle for a playoff place and 'Sutts' believes if automatic promotion isn't possible then a trip to Wembley is a good second.
"The stadium and the atmosphere seem amazing. Oakesy (Stefan) is the only one from the squad who has played at the old Wembley, none of the lads have played at the new Wembley but it would be fantastic to play their but even better if we could go up automatically."
Since the arrival of Leon Knight and Delroy Facey in the past couple of months the ex-St.Mirren man has found it difficult to hold down a starting place but 'Sutts' is determined to make an impact like he did in the 2-2 draw with Peterborough on Saturday.
He said: "You want to start every game but when you come off the bench you want to do well. It was good to be involved in getting the penalty, we put in a decent performance and it would have been harsh not to get anything."
Following Wanderers' weekend opponents MK Dons beating Wrexham 4-1 on Tuesday evening the League 2 table-toppers can clinch promotion on Saturday, but the Blues target man has insisted the squad will not be put off by the hype surrounding the game.
"Saturday is a big game for them but equally as big for us and hopefully we can get the win and move on."
