PRAISE FROM THE POSH

Wanderers' ticket office staff have received glowing praise from Peterborough United supporters who have been thoroughly impressed by the service provided by the Adams Park club ahead of Saturday's League Two encounter.
Darren Ferguson's side are expected to bring a large following of away fans for the clash with the Wanderers as they look to continue an unbeaten run which stretches back to the middle of January. And judging by comments on an Internet message board for Peterborough United supporters, the Blues' ticketing team has sailed through the challenge with flying colours:
"Just bought nine tickets - it was dead easy and they seemed to really appreciate my custom!" said one admirer, while another commented: "Excellent service. I was held in a queue for less than a minute and the chap sorted it quickly from there. Bargain!"
The compliments kept on coming on a thread containing almost 100 messages, with Posh fans rating the service as "friendly, helpful and efficient", while one particular member of staff seemed to attract one Boro fan who stated "I think I've fallen in love with the woman on the other end of the phone!"
Ticket Office Manager Matt Gregg was delighted that his team had received such recognition:
"I'm proud of the team's efforts and am pleased that these efforts have not gone unnoticed," he said. "The team continue to strive to provide an exceptional service to our home and away fans alike on a daily basis and I am always looking for feedback and suggestions to continue to develop the ticketing team.
"Our supporters are extremely valuable and are integral to the way we function as a team; if we can improve our service to them in any way I would be more than happy to listen to their feedback."
Matt is the head of an excellent full-time ticketing team, which also includes Tahli Jenkinson, Leigh Calvert and Kirsty Dumbarton, while the club also employs a number of staff who work on a matchday.
