Wycombe Wanderers Ladies Football Club is the hub of women's and girls' football in High Wycombe & South Buckinghamshire. The club was established in 1989 as the ladies team of Wycombe Wanderers.

The First team competes in the Southern Region and after consistently finishing runners up for a number of years, won promotion to the Premier league at the end of the 2003/04 season. The Ladies are still competing in their Premier division and going strong.
