The Wanderers hosted their annual golf day at Beaconsfield Golf Club this week, with the team from "ACS" picking up the prestigious first prize after a marvellous day of sport.

Working in tandem with the event sponsor, Quality Heating Services, the club recruited ten teams for the competition - who not only enjoyed playing the 18 hole course, but were also treated to a post round three course meal.

The field included a variety of businesses from the surrounding areas as well as a team made up of Wanderers first team stars, with their foursome consisting of Jamie Young, John Mousinho, Gary Holt and Scott McGleish.

As well as prizes given to the first, second and third placed teams there were also prizes given to the individuals who claimed the longest drive and nearest the pin on the day.
