The club's community scheme is ranked amongst the best in the country and is in contact with over 120 schools throughout the year. The aim is to to involve as many kids from the surrounding areas of Adams Park as possible whether it be football or other sports.
Community Officer Dave Evans said: "We try and say yes to everything. We've gone out into the schools and it's worked."
The scheme offers free in school training sessions within the Wycombe, South Bucks, Maidenhead, Windsor and Henley areas where as the after school sessions are charged at £28 a child.
Dave Evans has been at the club for 12 years this August and he has seen the team increase from two to 19 full-time workers. He works very hard in trying to achieved help with the funding of the various community schemes they do and has recently obtained a £90,000 grant from ex-sponsor, Loans.
"I've never felt bored. We've kept pushing and pushing and we want to be the best in the country," he said.
