In our commitment to provide the very highest standards of service to our supporters and customers, the club has produced a detailed and comprehensive charter that we believe meets all the needs of our customers.

The contents of the charter have been decided following consultation with supporters groups to produce a document which serves to meet the requirements of both supporters and the club.

The ticketing and priority policy has been included which also involved supporter groups in it's development. Further policy statements are given on Customer Service, Football in the Community Activities and Merchandising.
