Blues 0-1 MK Dons

(Doumbe, 45)

Blues:
Shearer, Woodman, Duberry, Oliver, Moncur, Mousinho, Pack, Green, Zebroski, Beavon, Harrold
Subs: Young, Johnson, Hunt, Phillips, Betsy, Westlake, Pittman

Dons: Gueret, Lewington, Doumbe, McCracken, Gleeson, Johnson, Gobern, Puncheon, Ibehre, Powell, Chadwick
Subs: Searle, Davis, Carrington, Wilbraham, Howell, Leven, Swailes

Full-time here at Adams Park and the Blues have fallen to a 1-0 defeat to Bucks rivals MK Dons. Mathias Doumbe's fine strike on the stroke on half-time was enough for Paul Ince's men to head back to stadiummk with all three points.

Dons' first half performance deserved a lot more but in the end they will be happy to go away with the win because the introductions of Kevin Betsy, Jon-Paul Pittman and Matt Phillips breathed new life into the Blues. Stuart Green, Pittman and Zebs all went close but MK held strong to claim the bragging rights.

Keep it wwfc.com for reaction.

91st min - The 4th official has indicated that there will be a minimum of three minutes added.

90th min - We're in last chance saloon now. Can someone pop up with something and salvage a point?

88th min - Scott Shearer has just been announced as man-of-the-match, and rightly so. The Scot has been magnificent today, making some crucial saves at crucial times. Deserved.

86th min - 6,127 fans have enjoyed this afternoon's Bucks derby at Adams Park. 1,252 fans have travelled from stadiummk

85th min - MK are making their third sub - Chadwick is replaced by Luke Howell.

83rd min - Cracks denies Stuart Green a sure equaliser. The Dons number five was back on the goal line to clear the midfielder's shot after Zebs had worked wonders on the right hand touchline. It had to be McCracken didn't it!

80th min - Luke Oliver's foul on Wilbraham hands the Dons an opportunity from a free-kick but instead of using it positively they lose possession. The Blues broke with Woodman but his cross was too close to Gueret and it was easily claimed.

77th min - MK have lost their way a bit in front of goal in this second half and the longer and longer the game goes the better chance we've got a sneaking a draw.

73rd min - Betsy has impressed since coming on at half-time and is at the heart of everything good for the Blues at the minute. There is something here for us.

71st min - Aaron Wilbraham and Peter Leven have replaced Jabo Ibehre and Lewis Gobern for MK.

70th min - Another man that is starting to threaten is Jon-Paul Pittman. He latched onto to a fine ball from the impressive Pack but he couldn't quite direct his lob beyond the reaches of Gueret. Stunning effort from JP.

68th min - Now it's the Dons on the back foot. The Blues are really cranking up the pressure, and in the last moments Phillips had a great chance to draw the Wanderers level but instead of hitting it first time he cut back and was crowded out.

66th min - Phillips' trickery wins the Blues a free-kick on the edge of the box. Green swung the ball in and if was met by Luke Oliver but the big man was offside.

63rd min -
Wycombe have come to life. Betsy nipped past his marker, played in Zeb on the right hand side and it needed a last-ditch block from McCracken to deflect his shot behind for a corner. The last five minutes have got the home fans going.

61st min - After the best passing move, comes the best chance of the game for the Wanderers. Zebs' good hold up play brings Stuart Green into play but from 20 yards out he fires his shot over the bar. Much better.

60th min - Wanderers have just produced there best spell of football but TJ Moncur's final ball into the box was poor and to close to Dons keeper Willy Gueret.

58th min - Pittman tries to use his pace to get round former team mate McCracken but the former Dons skipper was more than up to the challenge.

55th min - Woody gives away a stupid free-kick and offers Dons the opportunity to swing one in from the edge of the area. Once again Shearer is there to deny the onrushing Lewis Gobern as he let fly from the edge of the box.

51st min - It's really quiet inside Adams Park and the Chairboys fans need something to lift them. The game is starting to open up a bit and although the Dons can break quickly that could play into the hands of Taylor's men.

49th min - It's been a better start to the second half than to the first half from the Blues but they still need to pick it up.

47th min - Pittman is playing up top alongside Zebroski, Betsy is on the right and Phillips has taken up the role of the left hand side of midfield.

46th min - Betsy's introduction sees him make his second Wycombe debut. Can the fans favourite change things?

Peter Taylor has seen enough and has made all three of his allocated substitutions - Jon-Paul Pittman on for Harrold, Matt Phillips on for Beavon and Kevin Betsy on for Mousinho.

Half-time here at Adams Park and the visitors lead 1-0. Paul Ince's men dominated the opening 45 but it wasn't until the stroke of half-time before they went ahead. Right-back Mathias Doumbe jinked his way past Woodman before firing past Scott Shearer from the edge of the 18-yard area.

The Wanderers were booed off at the interval and it needs to be a lot, lot better from the Chairboys if we're to get back into this game. Join me again in 15.

46th min -
The 4th official has indicated that there will be a minimum of one minute added time.

45th min - Wanderers 0-1 MK Dons. Dons have finally found the breakthrough and it comes from the left foot of Mathias Doumbe. The right-back jinked past Woodman on the corner of the 18-yard box before firing it low past Scott Shearer.

40th min -
Puncheon is continuing to pepper the Blues goal. This time it was from a free-kick all of 25 yards out that saw Shearer fly across his goal and push the ball round the post.

37th min - Wanderers are again on the back foot and are defending another corner. Puncheon jinks his way past Green, after a one two with Lewington, before drawing a neat save from Scott Shearer at his near post.

33rd min - Splendid covering from John Mousinho to deny Luke Chadwick from getting the ball out of his feet and trying his luck from 10 yards. Mous must have covered 40 yards to get back and make what can only be described as 'last-ditch'.

30th min - Dons are camped in our half at the moment. We need a spell of possession to try and get ourselves back in the game.

28th min - What a terrific save from Scott Shearer. The Glasweigan keeper was on hand to push away Darren Powell's fierce header from 6 yards. Again it's set pieces that are causing us problems and on that occasion it was a corner that was swung in from Jason Puncheon.

25th min - MK Dons are continuing to pepper Shearer's goal and as things stand it looks like it going to be a matter of time before they grab the opener. Johnson and Lewis Gobern are causing us all sorts of problems.

22nd min - Sound defending from Michael Duberry, as the ball drops dangerously into the Blues penalty area. Dubes and Luke Oliver are looking strong albeit under vast pressure from MK.

19th min - Dean Lewington brings the first shot of the game and the first save from Scott Shearer. The left-back ventured forward and fired a decent drive goalwards but luckily for the Blues it was straight down the Scot's throat.

16th min - Stunning turn and pass from Marlon Pack. The Pompey man has slotted perfectly into the midfield and offers a touch of class. His ball found Craig Woodman on the left but his touch let him down and the move came to an end.

13th min - Left winger Jemal Johnson has started very brightly for the Dons and TJ Moncur has his work cut out this afternoon.

11th min - MK are looking the more dangerous of the two and, in fairness, are controlling possession.

8th min - Former Wanderer David McCracken is getting booed every time he touches the ball. I think it may take a while for the Chairboys fans to get over their former captain leaving for a rival.

6th min - It's been pretty even so far but MK are looking dangerous from set-pieces. Everyone knows that's been our downfall so far and if we're to start climbing uo the table we need to clean up from corners and free-kicks.

Keep your emails coming in to media@wwfc.com.

4th min -
It's a gorgeous day in Buckinghamshire. The sun is beating down on the Adams Park pitch. Hopefully we can see some great football to go along with the lovely weather.

3rd min - Matt Harrold is penalised for an early foul on fellow ginger Dean Lewington. Harrold is partnering Stuart Beavon up top today, as Peter Taylor continues to change around his forward two.

1st min - Good positional sense from Luke Oliver to clear Jemal Johnson's dangerous cross into the Wanderers box.
Michael Duberry is receiving treatment from Physio Shay Connolly after going down under a heavy challenge from the resulting corner.

14:55
We're moments away from the kick-off. The atmosphere inside Adams Park is electric for this afternoon's Bucks derby, I, for one, am ready.

14:14
Mr Easter was spotted limping into Adams Park in jeans and a t shirt, after failing to recover from injury in time. We'll never know what kind of reception the Adams Park faithful would have given the Welsh international.

14: 09
Team news is in and just the one change for the Wanderers from the side that picked up a draw at Victoria Park, as Matt Harrold replaces Jon-Paul Pittman in the starting XI. For Milton Keynes former Wanderer Jermaine Easter misses out completely through injury and will be forced to watch the clash with his old club from the stands.
