FULL TIME
90 mins
Five mintues added on. More drama still to come - you bet.
89 minsBoyd comes inches away, given far too much space from the set piece but can only loft a shot wide under no preasure.
87 minsNo lack of entertainment here, frantic stuff. End to end as McSweeny sees a low effort well held by Shearer.
84 minsThis game has become very open, the Blues still look dangerous coming forward, with Phillips and Betsy making an immediate impact.
81 mins
Another sub for the Wanderers, Phillips on for Green.
80 minsQuick thinking from the Wanderers from their own set piece almost paid off their. Marlon Pack saw Stuart Beavon move early and sent forwad and early ball, but Beaver's effort from the edge of the box was well stopped.
78 mins
Now the Monkey Hangers have their tails up as they dash forward down the left and force a corner. Where did this come from.
77 minsPeter Taylor has reacted immediately with a substitute. Kevin Betsy is on for JP Pittman. Looks like Kev will go up front.
76 mins
GOAL! Hartlepool don't quite deserve it, but they're back in the game. Adam Boyd has poked the ball home from Scott Shearer after latching on to Austin's set piece. So disappointing. 73 minsTJ Moncur has been very solid for me today, he was the forgotten man after picking up a series of injuries upon singing for the Blues last year - but since forcing his way into the team over the lost couple of weeks is showing what he can do.
71 minsAgain JP twists and turns in superb fashion to win a free-kick in a really dangerous position, 25-yards out on the right hand side of the D. Woodman, Pack and Woodman stand over it. Green's effort is way over the bar.
69 mins
Hartlepool have been forced to make all three subs, with Boyd and Bjornsson on earlier in the game and now Austin replacing the injured Hartley.
67 mins
Wycombe certainly the brighter side at the moment, with the Hartlepool support really getting on their side's backs after a few clumsy passes. Mousinho is working as hard as ever and whipping in some deadly crosses from the right hand side, as the Blues look far more creative than in the first period.
65 mins
Typical JP there. He finds space and drives one on one at Steve Haslam, before winning a corner with a deflected effort. Hartlepool clear it well.
63 mins
Unfortunately the Chairboys tried to be a bit too clever with their set piece, it was easily cleared in the end.
62 mins
Superb play by Beavon once more. Again he drops into that hole 10-yards from the area, before driving forward and winning a free-kick in a dangerous position. Sam Collins is booked for his troubles.
60 minsA dangerous corner kick by Stuart Green is nodded over the bar from Luke Oliver, almost perfectly worked.
57 minsAttendance announced as 3326, with 111 brave souls making their way up from High Wycombe to back the Blues.
55 mins
What a save from Scott Shearer. Richie Jones hooks goalwards from all of 5 yards, but 'Shears' goes down low to deny him with a great stop.
53 mins
The home side look fairly shell-shocked and the Victoria Park faithful are vocally exhibiting their frustration. Yet to win on their own turf this season, perhaps the nerves starting to jangle.
51 minsStuart Beavon has got his first goal for the club, it's been a long time coming but so well deserved. Wycombe look a classy, confident side now.
50 mins
GOALL!! AND WHAT A GOALL!!! Superb stuff by the Wanderers. A really patient passing move is rounded off superbly by Stuart Beavon. He turns his man with a quality touch 30-yards from goal, before flicking a magnificent strike off the post and in from 25-yards.48 mins
Neat move by the Chairboys. TJ Moncur's long ball was flicked on nicely by JP Pittman, who received the ball back in turn from Stuart Green. Unfortunately JP's resulting cross was over everyone and out for a goal kick.
46 mins
The Chairboys are now attacking the end filled by the Monkey Hangers support, no changes for either side at the break.
Just about ready to get back underway here. It's been a solid opening from the Wanderers, but we need a bit of spark if we're to pick up three points this afternoon.
HT
And it's time for a change in the press box - over to Mr Jeavons.
Matt Cecil reporting from Victoria Park
45mins
Two minutes added on, and United have a free-kick in a promising position. Pittman clears, and there's the whistle. 0-0 at the break, and I'd say we've just about edged this half. JP should have scored when through one-on-one, most of United's efforts have been from long range and there are signs that we could win this.
41mins
Hartlepool's attacking approach is fairly predictable as they keep launching long balls into our half but they are getting some joy from it. However, they are prone to straying offside and most of their efforts are coming from distance.
39mins
Marlon Pack goes into the book as he slips and concedes a foul on the corner of the box, and Denis Behan's powerful low effort is expertly tipped round the post for a corner.
36mins
Anthony Sweeney wriggles into the box but can't get his shot away. Decent game now.
35mins
Two lapses in communication at the back - we get away with the first one as the linesman's flag spares Chris Zebroski's blushes after hesitation between him and Shears, but United win a corner as Luke Oliver has to put it behind due to confusion with the keeper.
30mins
Marlon Pack sends a rising effort over the bar as the ball breaks to him 25 yards out following a corner. Then, Leon McSweeney fires over the apex of the Wycombe goal with a well-struck effort from the corner of the area. Still goalless.
29mins
Quite a lively game now as the ball falls for James Brown on the edge of the box but his effort is straight at Shears.
27mins
Great great chance for JP as a result of superb play from Stuart Beavon - Stu's mazy run carved open the United defence, he slipped in JP who was onside and as the keeper came out quickly, it looked as though JP wasn't sure whether to shoot or round the keeper. He did neither, Flinders saved, and the chance broke down.
24mins
JP sprints forward with the ball and is clearly obstructed - the ref waves play on when we would surely prefer the free-kick and the move breaks down. At the other end, Andy Monkhouse's long distance drive isn't too far over the bar.
19mins
A quiet spell in the game but Wycombe are still pressing when they can, and Chris Zebroski's direct run threatens to cause problems before he runs out of space.
14mins
Denis Behan hammers the free-kick goalwards but it rebounds off the wall and goes to safety.
12mins
Stuart Green comes agonisingly close for the Blues with a left-footed effort from 20 yards but it bounces just wide. Free-kick here for Hartlepool in a dangerous position 25 yards out - not sure it was the right decision from the ref.
10mins
Nervy moments for the home side as Zebs sees a header loop just over the crossbar, but at the other end, the offside flag stays down as Denis Behan runs through, cuts it back, and James Brown misses the target with a poor effort.
7mins
Hartlepool take the unusual approach of sending a chest-high backpass to their keeper, who then volleys out to his left-back..unfortunately Wycombe couldn't capitalise on the casual defending and United clear.
5mins
Good play by Stuart Beavon to burst into the United box but the home side get it clear, and at the other end, James Brown has the first shot of the game but it's comfortable for big Scott Shearer.
3mins
Busy start from the home side as they look to close Wycombe down quickly and move the ball around with pace, but the Blues are holding their own and win a throw deep in Hartlepool territory.
1min
We're underway, and Wycombe line up in a 4-4-2 set-up, with Jon-Paul Pittman and Stuart Beavon starting together up-front with Stuart Green and Chris Zebroski occupying the wide berths.
14.59
Wycombe will attack the stand where their own supporters are housed and after the two teams have their pre-match huddle, Hartlepool kick off.
14.57
Here come the teams - Wycombe in black, Hartlepool in blue and white - and they're just shaking hands ahead of kick-off. A good number of Wanderers supporters behind the goal but they're quite spread out across the TBI Stand - hopefully they can make some noise for the boys this afternoon.
14.55
That's a bit better...a track by The Monkees is more appropriate given United's unique nickname, "The Monkey Hangers". There's a bizarre story behind that - might be worth having a read on Wikipedia.
Anyway, enough of that, we've got a football match to think about. The teams are in the tunnel...LET BATTLE COMMENCE.
14.50
Not too many DJs would follow Rihanna with Rolf Harris but the Hartlepool PA man must be having a chuckle to himself as we're forced to sit through "Two Little Boys" ahead of kick-off. Way to build up an atmosphere...
14.45
It's all set up for an entertaining afternoon with the glorious sunshine, perfect pitch and smart stadium providing a great setting for a game of football, but it would count for nothing if the Blues leave with nothing and endure a miserable trip all the way back to Bucks.
14.40
Who said it's grim up north eh? Welcome to a sun-soaked Victoria Park in the (very) north-east corner of England as the Blues look to claim their first points away from home against a Hartlepool side who have lost all their home games so far this campaign.
It was exactly the same scenario at the Withdean last week but Brighton stole the points on that occasion, and Peter Taylor makes three changes to the side that started on the south coast, with Matt Harrold, Matt Phillips and Ian Westlake making way for Jon-Paul Pittman, Stuart Beavon and Marlon Pack.
