Full-time
That's your lot, and who knows if a point will be good enough by the end of the season. There were signs of improvement from the last couple of home games and we all hoped John Akinde's strike was going to set us on the way to a much-needed victory, but a moment of indecision in defence cost us as Paul Furlong fired the equaliser.

Stay tuned for a full report and reaction but for now, thanks for joining us and enjoy the rest of your evening.

90mins
Four minutes added on. Thanks to William Greaves for your email - all I will say is that there are still seven games to go and now is not the time to be losing hope. We're still in a great position in the league and promotion is still a really strong possibility.

89mins
So close...Matt Harrold launches a stinging drive from 20 yards which is palmed out by the keeper straight to Gary Holt, who stumbles as he attempts to shoot and fires wide.

87mins
John Mousinho launches a cross almost out of the stadium and it could just be one of those nights for the Blues. Still five minutes or so to find that winner but it might need to be something special to break down this Barnet defence.

84mins
Change coming from Barnet and it's Albert Adomah who comes off, to be replaced by Kenny Gillet.

80mins
Wow, Gary Breen must be a relieved man. He volleys about a yard wide of his own goal under pressure from Chris Zebroski and Wycombe almost had a goal in the most bizarre circumstances.

78mins
League Two Apprentice of the Year Matt Phillips is on, replacing John Akinde, so Chris Zebroski and Matt Harrold will play up front.

76mins
Holty's bandaged up and ready to return, alongside Neal Bishop who was the Barnet casualty.

74mins
There's a clash of heads and Gary Holt is down, as well as one of the Barnet players, so there's a break in play. Half of the Blues team take on water and words of advice from the coaching staff - the next 20 minutes could be so important.

70mins
Yellow card to Zebroski for a late tackle and here comes Matt Harrold, who comes on for JP Pittman.

68mins
The minutes are ticking by and the Blues need to step it up a gear if they are to find the winner. Tonight represents a great chance to move into second place and three points would be a huge boost. Matt Harrold is stripped and ready to come on.

64mins
A deep corner by Craig Woodman is met by the head of Luke Oliver and there are some claims for a handball against a visiting defender, but the referee probably calls it right and says no penalty.

62mins
It's all going on, and Albert Adomah surely has to be booked for simulation. First of all, Young palms a ball away and chases after it outside the box, almost bringing down John O'Flynn and then seeing the striker burst into the box. Fortunately, the Blues had enough men to thwart the danger, but then Adomah surged into the box and went down like a sack of spuds without any contact from Craig Woodman. No yellow card is forthcoming though.

60mins
A strange sense of deja vu! Gary Holt is released by a wonderful flick from Sawyer and Holt almost repeats his heroics of Saturday, curling an effort goalwards which requires a very good save from Cole.

58mins
Matt Bloomfield is replaced by Lee Sawyer in a like-for-like swap in midfield, and I can reveal that tonight's attendance is 4,066.

55mins
Lee Sawyer could be ready to come on but in the meantime, the Blues have a corner. Woodman's delivery is punched clear by Cole but he gets a second bite at the cherry, swinging in a dangerous ball which evades everyone and goes out for a goal-kick. Aldershot have equalised against Chesterfield - it's now 1-1.

52mins
It's been a good game for Chris Zebroski, who's covered a lot of ground and seems to be playing in an advanced right-wing position, which allows him to get into some good attacking positions.

48mins
Bright start to the half for the home side and Akinde slices a cross-shot across the box before Cole claims a dangerous low ball at his near post.

46mins
We're back underway, with no changes for either side. An interesting half-time fact for you - Wycombe's fitness coach Damien Doyle was actually caretaker manager at Barnet for one game six years ago. He insists his tactics were spot on, with two banks of four giving his side a 0-0 draw with table-toppers Chester!

Half-time
And there's the whistle, bringing to an end a decent first-half. The Barnet goalscorer has in fact been confirmed as Paul Furlong, not Albert Adomah, so apologies for the confusion.

While we're enjoying the interval, it's a good time to say thanks to Kristjan in Iceland for getting in touch, who says it was great to see Akinde getting his first goal at Adams Park. In response to your questions, it's a 4-4-2 formation this evening with Pittman and Harrold up-front, and Luke Oliver is doing well at the back - I think he'll benefit greatly from having the experienced Frank Sinclair alongside him.

45mins
Unsurprisingly, the buzz in the home crowd has just been subdued and that equaliser was such a shame. To be fair to Barnet, they didn't deserve to be behind, and there's plenty of time to go and it should be an interesting second half.

44mins
Pittman has a decent chance to restore our lead but it's well saved by Jake Cole. The Wycombe paceman was released down the left side of the box and fired it half and low, but the keeper was equal to it.

42mins
GOAL - what a blow. A harmless-looking through ball isn't dealt with properly by the Wycombe defence and Paul Furlong makes us pay, firing home from 12 yards. 1-1.

40mins
The man down was Ismail Yakubu, who will carry on but the Bees did have Max Porter stripped and ready to come on, so maybe Yakubu won't last the full 90 minutes.

37mins
There's a man down injured for the visitors so it gives us a great chance to say a big hello to Marc Bufton and the Guernsey Chairboys, who are all joining us tonight.

35mins
Pittman relieves some of the pressure and wins a corner, and keeper Jake Cole missed the ball when he came to claim it. Luke Oliver was under it but the Bees scrambled it away, and the Blues will need to watch the counter-attacking threat of Adomah and Bolasie on the two wings.

31mins
Exeter now lead 1-0 courtesy of an own goal, but more importantly, there was danger here on two occasions. Firstly, a downward header from the corner found its way to O'Flynn, whose close range effort was blocked by Young, and moments later, Young and Oliver hesitated and allowed Adomah to steal the ball before being brought down by the Wycombe keeper.

Young wasn't the last man and it wasn't a clear goalscoring opportunity so it's only a yellow card, but the Bees have a corner. It's volleyed over by Bishop but Wycombe need to take a breather and calm things down.

29mins
Barnet are enjoying a good deal of possession but lots of it is just sideways passing, which isn't causing us too much harm. Free-kick now though to the Bees, and Lockwood's cross is well headed behind by Frank Sinclair.

25mins
Good tackle by Zebroski on experienced left-back Matt Lockwood, who will be a danger from set pieces today. I'm liking the balance in this Wycombe team and we're strong at getting players back to cover in defensive positions.

23mins
Around the division, Chesterfield lead Aldershot 1-0 and Exeter, who entertain Port Vale at St James' Park, have been reduced to ten men with the sending off of defender Dan Seabourne.

22mins
That goal was just what we needed because the Bees were looking hard to break down, but they could do nothing to stop big John grabbing his first goal at Adams Park. Watch out for that one on the Wanderers World highlights.

19mins
GOAL!!! Superb strike from big John Akinde and the Wanderers have the lead. Matt Bloomfield released the on-loan striker with an excellent threaded ball through the midfield, and Akinde held the ball up before delivering a sweet effort into the bottom corner from 18 yards.

17mins
Miscommunication in the Wycombe defence and Luke Oliver virtually heads it out of Jamie Young's hands following a Barnet free-kick, leading to a corner which the Blues cleared.

15mins
JP Pittman's looking quite lively up front for the Blues and it'll be interesting to see how his partnership with John Akinde develops. Matt Harrold will be desperate to get on the pitch later in the game and it's great to have the strength in depth to have the club's top scorer waiting in the wings if we need his attacking presence.

11mins
Thanks to Matt and Jack Clarke for getting in touch again - nice to hear from our regular followers on the WWFC media service! In response to your questions:
1) The side does look well-balanced and in Holt, Mousinho and Bloomfield, we've got three players who are really comfortable in possession, and we're not letting the opposition have too much of the ball.
2) The turn-out's quite good tonight considering it's a school night and the Valley Terrace in particular is looking quite full. Both sets of fans are making plenty of noise.
3) It's usually Bill Turnbull who comments on the standard of refereeing so I'm sure if you listen out on Wanderers World, he'll have his two cents!

9mins
Russell Martin, Mike Williamson and Scott McGleish are all here watching the Blues this evening but they've almost witnessed a catastrophe in the Wycombe defence. Jamie Young's clearance cannoned off the back of a player just outside the box and bounced towards John O'Flynn, but the striker couldn't connect with the ball in front of a gaping net from 18 yards.

6mins
Good clearing header from Frank Sinclair following a dangerous corner from the visitors, who don't look as though they've just come here to settle for a point.

5mins
Free-kick to the Blues near the right-wing corner spot and Woodman delivers it, but unfortunately it doesn't beat the first man. Great atmosphere being generated by the home support, and it's something that Peter Taylor discussed in his programme notes for this evening. We need everyone to get behind the team and put any differences of opinion behind us in order to help the boys reach the top three.

2mins
An early touch there for Lewis Hunt and it's good to see the right-back in the team - he was rested on Saturday to allow him to be fit this evening but he'll have his work cut out against a very tricky winger in Yannick Bolasie. John O'Flynn turns and shoots inside the box but it was comfortable for Jamie Young to save - nothing more than a half chance.

19.46
And we're underway, with the Blues kicking towards the Valley Terrace. Within the first twenty seconds, Woodman sends a great ball into the box but Pittman's touch is just too heavy and Barnet are let off the hook.

19.42
Here they come, the Blues of Wycombe and the Bees of Barnet, as they take their places ahead of the customary pre-match handshake. The visitors' bright orange strip should certainly dazzle under the floodlights but hopefully it'll be the home side who sparkle in the footballing sense.

We'll be keeping tabs on Exeter's game against Port Vale tonight so there's no reason for you to move from your seat for the next 90 minutes.

19.35
Both sets of fans are starting to take their seats and pitch announcer Dave Evans is urging the home crowd to make some noise. Some great tunes being played as well.

Don't forget you can listen to live commentary of tonight's game rather than just reading my ramblings on here - just click the link in the black box at the top and you'll be directed through to our Wanderers World service, with Bill and Ben describing the action.

19.15
The teams are in, and there are starts for Luke Oliver, Chris Zebroski and Jon-Paul Pittman as Peter Taylor makes three changes from the side which drew 1-1 with Shrewsbury on Saturday.

Wanderers - Young, Hunt, Woodman, Oliver, Sinclair, Zebroski, Holt, Mousinho, Bloomfield, Pittman, Akinde.
Subs - Jones, Antwi, Harrold, Sawyer, Phillips.

19.10
Good evening and thanks for joining us as we look forward to the visit of Barnet to Adams Park for another important fixture in the Wanderers' quest for League One football. Certain sections of the support are labelling this one as a 'must-win' match for Peter Taylor's side but although there's a long way still to go, picking up three points tonight would be a massive boost to the boys in blue.

Stay with us throughout the evening as we bring you minute-by-minute updates, and if you'd like to contribute any thoughts or criticisms, feel free to drop us a line on media@wwfc.com.
