Ben Campbell reporting from the Deva Stadium
Full-Time here at the Deva Stadium and it's finished in a comfortable 2-0 win for the Blues. Mousinho opened the scoring on 26 with an exquisite chip from 25 yards and the lead was doubled from the spot by Scott McGleish with 25 minutes left.
91st min - Rice and Ashton are about to come on for the Blues. Ashton has come on for Grant and Doc will also be replaced.
90th min - 2 minutes added.
89th min - Laurence Wilson is the latest man to be cautioned after a foul on Gavin Grant.
88th min - Lovely sweeping move from the Blues, Woody found Magno, he turned and played in Mousinho and the midfielder then surged through but when he found Spence the cross was headed away from Scotty McGleish.
86th min - Chester are still trying to go forward in search of a goal but the Blues are the ones that are looking more likely to score a third.
85th min - Magno is on for Zebroski and has gone straight up top with McGleish.
82nd min - Zebroski has seen another chance go wide of the target after rifling his shot into the side-netting. Despite him missing a couple of chances he is getting in very good positions and the goals will come.
81st min - Great ball in from Mousinho and McGleish has seen his header thunder back off the crossbar. Scott should have scored.
80th min - Grant is at it again and this time he was won a free-kick in a dangerous position on the corner of the 18-yard.
78th min - Good work from Grant as he surged from the centre of the park. The ball was played into Mousinho and it looked as if he was pushed, however it is unlikely that a referee gives two penalties to one team in any given game.
76th min - Shearer has been tested again from a shot from Lowe, he parried the shot and did well to get up to smother.
75th min - Decent effort from Zebroski, he tested Dandy in the Chester goal after receiving the ball from goalscorer John Mousinho.
73rd min - I'm just wondering if Peter Taylor is thinking about some changes after he sent Magno and Rice for a warm-up.
71st min - Chester are making a double sub with Richie Partridge and Paul Taylor are coming on for Tony Dinning and Jay Harris.
68th min - The Blues have the 2-0 lead they wanted but Chester are still going forward in search of a goal. Dinning has just let fly but Shearer comfortbaly saved.
66th min - GOAL! Wanderers are 2-0 up after McGleish drills in the penalty low past John Danby.
65th min - PENALTY! The Blues have a spot kick from 12 yards after Zebroski was brought down. McGleish is the man who is going to step up.
63rd min - Lowe should have made it 1-1, he was put through on goal but was denied by the feet of Scott Shearer.
61st min - Chester are putting the Blues under pressure and the last chance has fallen to Ellison, as he did earlier, he missed the target from 10 yards.
60th min - The tempo of the game has increased dramatically in the past 10 minutes as the Blues look to extend their lead and the Seals look to get back into it.
59th min - Lowe has been cautioned for a foul on The Doc.
57th min - The Blues have just had a good shout for a pen, McGleish turned on it and it looked as if he had he heels clipped as he was about to shoot. They have been given.
55th min - Good cross from Zebroski after latching onto Doc's pass, however it held up in the wind and avoided McGleish.
53rd min - The Seals faithful were appealing for a penalty but Craig Woodman won the ball clearly from Ellison.
51st min - 1-0 is a very dangerous lead and Peter Taylor will have told his players to try and get the second as quickly as possible, without going all out attack .
50th min - Vaughan and Spence has been given a talking to by the ref after some handbags. From the free-kick Shearer has pulled off a very good save to deny Lowe on the volley.
49th min - Lovely spread from Anthony Barry and that has seemed to got the Chester crowd going.
47th min - Quick start to the half, there is plenty of space for the Blues to exploit and a 2nd goal is needed to give us a more comfortable feel.
46th min - The Blues start the 2nd half and let's hope we can continue the form that we showed in the final 30 minutes of the half.
Half-Time here at the Deva Stadium and the Blues are 1-0 up. John Mousinho broke the deadlock on 26 minutes with an excellent lob from 20 yards and it could have been more in the closing stages of the first half.
45th min - 1 minute added.
44th min - Good work at the back from the Blues and more specifically Leon Johnson to clear Ryan Lowe's cross.
43rd min - Wanderers had a chance to break then Zebroski's pass was poor after being found by Lewwis Spence.
41st min - Again the Blues are pressing for the second and Zebroski was within a inch of making it so. Great ball in from Mousinho and the Wycombe no.11 slid in but couldn't quite reach the teasing cross.
39th min - Mozika has just shot wide from 20 yards after having the ball played back to him by Lowe. Shearer was never in trouble though.
37th min - Sloppy play from both sides as it went from team to team after poor passes. It came to Ellison and the Doc brought an end to a poor minute of play with a tackle on the midfield man. He was cautioned for his troubles.
35th min - Great control from McGleish as he chested a 60-yard pass from Shearer. Doc is starting to pull the strings for the Blues.
34th min - Chester have looked bright at times and the person who looks the most likely is Ryan Lowe, the forward who scored twice against Leeds in midweek.
31st min - The Blues are the team in control at the moment and I've just been witness to some excellent trickery from Grant, he megged his marker and then put a decent ball in, it was cleared to Doc but he could only shoot over the bar on the half volley.
30th min - Should have been 2-0 to the Blues, Spence put a lovely cross in the ball fell to Zebroski 10 yards out but Paul Linwood's challenge put the former Millwall man off.
28th min - Superb work from McGleish to pressure Chester's captain Paul Linwood, he won a throw out of it.
26th min - GOAL!!! CHESTER 0-1 WANDERERS - John Mousinho has given the Blues the lead with an exquisite lob over John Danby. His latched onto a long ball from Woodman and he did the rest.
25th min - Ellison has just been chopped down and no card was shown to the dismay of the Chester fans.
23rd min - Poor communication between Shearer and Willo nearly allowed Lowe to nip and score, but as Shearer came out Willo just hacked the ball away to clear the danger. Lucky escape.
22nd min - McGleish is working hard as ever as the ball is passed amongst the Seals defence.
20th min - Leon Johnson is down after a challenge from Anthony Barry and is receiving treatment from Shay Connolly. The defender is up though now and will resume when called on by the referee.
18th min - Good play from the home side, Ellison was found with a searching ball on the left but Cracks did well to put the midfielder off as he was about to cross.
15th min - Ian Culverhouse has come out of the Blues dugout to bark instructions to the side and he nearly had the magic touch as Zebroski ran through on goal, the linesman flag brought an end to that move.
13th min - First caution of the game has gone to Chester midfielder Damien Mozika after a foul on John Mousinho. Speaking of Mousinho, he has been everywhere so far and has won a number of important tackles. Good start from the former Brentford man.
12th min - Cracks has settled back into the game very well and is winning the battle against his marker Jay Harris.
10th min - As I thought the Blues have set up in a 4-4-2 and I feel that offers the Blues more chances of scoring with the pace and excellent hold up play of the combination between McGleish and Zebroski.
8th min - Tommy Doherty has just very close to giving the visitors the lead. Superb effort from the Doc as he let fly from 25 yards and John Danby didn't look as if he would have got it if the shot was on target.
6th min - Very good noise coming from the travelling Chairboys as they try and lift the side, it seems to have worked as the Blues have had the better of the past couple.
5th min - Blues are starting to pick it up and have a free-kick on the corner of the 18-yard. Woody with that trusty left foot, the ball was headed away but Mike Wiiliamson did well to earn the Blues a throw-in.
3rd min - Chester have started the better of the two teams as they look to avenge the 5-2 defeat to Leeds on Tuesday.
2nd min - The first opening has fallen to Chester. Lowe did well down the left hand side he pulled the ball back but luckily for the Blues Ellison fired high and wide.
1st min - Early touches for a few of the Blues stars as Cracks puts in a very good tackle to stop Kevin Ellison. Decent opening.
The teams are out and about to undergo the FA new respect campaign which sees both teams shake hands Champions League style. The Blues are going to line-up in a 4-4-2 formation with Scott McGleish playing up top with Zebroski.

The team that stands in the way of Taylor's first win is Chester City, a team who have conceded 11 goals in their first two games of the new campaign. Wanderers will be looking to bounce back from the 4-0 defeat at Birmingham on Wednesday and don't go anywhere else as this is the best place to get all the action from the Deva Stadium.
Hello and welcome to the 'Clockwatch' feature on wwfc.com as Peter Taylor looks to get his first competitive win as Blues boss.
