What do I do with my Blues Card when I want to gain access to the stadium?
Go to the appropriate turnstile and scan your Blues Card in front of the turnstile reader.
What happens if the Blues Card doesn't allow access to the stadium?
A turnstile operator will immediately investigate any problems. If necessary the supporter will be referred to the Information Centre for further investigation.
What do supporters do if they forget their Blues Card on a matchday?
Simply visit either Ticket Office and they will disable your Blues Card for that match and issue a paper ticket. There is a £5 (Adults) or £2.50 (Concessions) administration charge for this service.
What happens if my Blues Card is lost or stolen?
A replacement Blues Card can be arranged, by simply having your crime/police reference number and calling the Ticket Office on 01494 441118 - a £5 (Adults) or £2.50 (Concessions) administration fee will be payable for this service.
Can tickets still be upgraded?
Yes, simply by calling the Ticket Office on 01494 441118 or by visiting either Ticket Office on a match day.
Are Blues Cards being used for cup matches?
Yes, your Blues Card will be valid for all home matches if you purchase a seat for these matches.
How do Non-Season Ticket Holders get into the stadium?
Casual supporters can purchase a Blues Card for £5 (Adults) or £2.50 (Concessions) and this will have identical access rights to the stadium when supporters purchase a seat for any home match; alternatively a paper ticket will be issued.
How does a Non-Season Ticket Holder know their allocated seat details?
Once you have purchased your seat for any home match the operator will confirm your seat details that you have purchased and a confirmation email will be sent to your preferred email address.
Is My Blues Card also my TeamCard?
Yes. Both cards are in one. You use the same card to get into the stadium that you also use to collect TeamCard points.
What points are Wycombe Wanderers FC Awarding?
Wycombe Wanderers FC are awarding points in the Club Shop to Season Ticket Holders and Club Members. All Blues Card Holders are eligible for 10 TeamCard points per full £1 they spend in store. i.e £27 spent totals 270 points = a supporters saving of £2.70.
What is a TeamCard point worth to a supporter?
Each TeamCard point is worth 1p. Therefore 300 points equals £3.00.
How do I collect TeamCard points?
In person: simply hand over your TeamCard at the point of sale
Over the phone: quote your TeamCard number
Online: register at www.teamcard.co.uk and click on Online Partners (see below)
Why should I collect TeamCard points?
Supporters collect TeamCard points to save money against Club merchandise within the Club Shop, Season Tickets or Match Tickets at Wycombe Wanderers FC.
If I forget my Blues Card when shopping at the Club Shop can TeamCard points be added later?
Unfortunately no, you need to bring your Blues Cards to accumulate your points at the point of purchase.
How many TeamCard points will I receive when I shop with partners or online?

What can I buy with my TeamCard points?
Points can be redeemed against all or part of any purchase of Wycombe Wanderers FC Club Merchandise, Season Tickets or Match Tickets. The minimum redemption value is £1. Points can be used for part-payment of any goods.
Which retailers are partners?
TeamCard has over 400 retailers/partners online and on the high-street - full listings can be found on www.teamcard.co.uk and through the Clubs communication channels.
How do supporters shop online and collect TeamCard points?
By registering at www.teamcard.co.uk you can access all TeamCard online partners. In order for you take advantage of your loyalty points you must access the partners through the TeamCard website.
How do I collect the TeamCard points online?
Once a supporter has completed an online transaction, their points will be added to their personal Blues Card account (points are normally awarded after the returns period for the product purchased has expired, (usually up to 28 days). You will see your points as 'pending' within 48 hours of your purchase when you check your card statement at www.teamcard.co.uk.
How does the Club benefit?
For every point issued by an external retailer/partner the Club receive a small royalty payment.
