The 18-year-old striker could make his debut tonight against Bedford Town in the Red Insure Cup.
Taylor signed his first professional deal in the summer and has gone on to make five first-team appearances for the Blues this season.
The deal includes a 24-hour recall clause which becomes active after 28 days.
