Headers from the former Exeter City striker and Josh Scowen saw Gary Waddock's men come from behind after Reece Hall had given the hosts an early advantage.
Hall broke the deadlock in spectacular fashion on six minutes when he sent an overhead kick past Matt Ingram from 12 yards.
At the other end, Logan registered Wycombe’s first shot on target after making space for himself and drawing a save from Jack Turner.
A superb intervention from Emmanuel Shosanya then denied Logan a simple tap-in before Matt Bloomfield, wearing the captain’s armband, tested Turner from 20 yards.
Logan finally got his goal in the early stages of the second half, directing a powerful header past Turner from Grant Basey’s pinpoint cross.
Waddock gave the five substitutes their chance just after the hour mark and two of them combined almost immediately to nearly hand the Blues the lead. After a good run down the right, Emmanuel Ighorae picked out debutant Lee Angol, but he shot wide from 15 yards.
Another substitute, this time Olly Taylor, went even closer to edging the Chairboys in front when his dinked effort was pushed round the post.
The pressure finally told on 82 minutes when Josh Scowen rose highest to meet another superb delivery from Basey and wrap up another good workout.
