Goalkeeper Alex Lynch will be sidelined until April with a thigh injury sustained in the 1-0 win at Plymouth Argyle last week.
Scans revealed that the 20-year-old tore a kicking muscle in his thigh and will therefore need to undergo treatment which will keep him out of action for around eight weeks.
Manager Gareth Ainsworth said: “It's a big blow. He was set for a run of games to show us what he could do as our number one keeper, but unfortunately he will be out for a couple of months now.
"Alex's kicking is one of the main strengths of his game and we want to make sure he's right for when he gets back.”
