The 20-year-old has impressed in his four appearances for Gareth Ainsworth’s side since joining the Chairboys on New Year’s Day.
Harriman made his debut as a substitute against Exeter City before forcing his way into the starting line-up for the last three games – during which the Blues have won twice and drawn once.
“I’m very happy to be staying for the extra few months,” Harriman told Chairboys Player.
“I’m playing regularly and really enjoying it. Playing for Gaz is great and the lads have been really welcoming – they’re a great bunch.”
In a busy week for Harriman, he’s also been named on standby for the Republic of Ireland U21s' friendly against Holland in Dublin on Wednesday 6th February (1pm).
