Gareth Ainsworth's men look to return to winning ways on home soil after three successive defeats on the road in league and cup, taking on a Carlisle side rejuvenated after ending an indifferent run of form with a midweek victory over leaders Doncaster.
The Cumbrians arrive at Adams Park in third place in the table, but still within reach of the chasing pack which includes a Wycombe side sitting just outside the play-offs with a game in hand.
Wanderers remain unbeaten at home in the league since October, and will look to replicate the character and quality shown in recent encounters with fellow high-flyers Luton and Portsmouth, which yielded four points from a maximum six.
The Blues boss was more than content with his side's performance in Tuesday's 2-1 defeat at Crewe and hopes to welcome back one or two returning faces after spells out of the side through injury.
