Regulations regarding foul and abusive language
We are obliged to remind all fans of the club’s policy in relation to foul and abusive language around the stadium:
The club’s policy states that “The use of threatening behaviour, foul or abusive language, as well as racial, homophobic or discriminatory abuse, chanting or harassment, is strictly forbidden and will result in arrest and/or ejection from the ground. The club may impose a ban for one or more matches.”
Zero tolerance policy on pyrotechnics
Wycombe Wanderers would like to remind fans of its zero-tolerance policy in relation to the use of pyrotechnics inside the stadium on matchdays.
A small number of incidents towards the end of the 2015/16 campaign – and during the current pre-season – have prompted the club to re-issue the following policy to supporters:
“Any supporter found to be carrying or letting off a pyrotechnic inside Adams Park will receive an immediate lifetime ban from the stadium. This applies to flares, smoke bombs and fireworks.
“The club will also offer its full cooperation and support to opposition clubs and the local police when dealing with such offences at away matches.”
This policy is in line with guidelines issued by FIFA, UEFA, the FA and EFL which also state that details of anyone committing such an offence will be forwarded to the police and could lead to criminal proceedings.
50/50 matchday draws
The club operates two 50/50 matchday draws for all fans, giving them the chance to win several hundred pounds from the half-time lottery. Tickets can be purchased for £1 (blue) or £2 (orange) each from vendors around the stadium, with half of each sale going into the two prize funds, and the other half benefitting the club.
The matchday programme ‘Parklife’ is on sale for £3 from a number of outlets around the ground. Included in the 64 pages are an in-depth look at the opposition, plus a range of features relating to Wycombe Wanderers and the wider world of football.
Wycombe Wanderers invite young supporters of both clubs to enjoy a mascot package for matches at Adams Park. There are a number of options available so please contact email@example.com
or call 01494 455736 to make an enquiry, or visit wwset.co.uk
for more information.
